    NDC FOUND MONEY IN MILLIONS OF CEDIS TO PAY WOYOME, CP, SADA, SUBAH, AFRICAN AUTOMOBILE QUICKER THAN ONE CAN SAY JACK, YET THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOUNT FOR PENSION FUNDS.
