    The thieves will be protected by a government white paper. That has always been the case. It even happened with the Justice Azu Crabbe Commission Report on the murder of the High Court judges. No big fish will be caught.

    Kofi, the Azu Crabbe report was shelved by Jerry Rawlings because he ordered the murderer himself. Kodjo Tsikata only carried out the heinous crime. And Ghanaians still vote the murder party into power.
