Thanks Doc., but mainstream health care delivery seems to be failing us. We are unable to take care of the needs of vulnerable persons. We say treatment for cholera (that disgraceful disease) is free. I dare say that is not correct. Let's investigate the cholera deaths in Cape Coast and we will find out that some died because they did not get infusions/drip. Curse be on those who let such vulnerable persons die.
