The MCE did not toil for that position so he has every right to throw a challenge to the President. Its for this reason why there is this agitation for this position to go thru election.

I think all MCEs/DCEs should be investigated because they are so corrupt. All the staff of these assembles are so corrupt.
Another area the BNI should investigate is the ROAD FUND. As some constructor have not be paid for two years, others are paid monthly. Before a constructor is paid they demand 10% on the contract cost and because the institution are not working , one is forced to pay if you need your money. Constructors should be chagrin interest on their monies with road fund.
I don't think democracy is good for Ghana. Every institution in Ghana is rotten. I will like to know if there is any organisation out there that I can join so as to fight this problem.

The DCE is right in saying what he said because JDM in=s weak and can not crack any whip, though I don't think JDM has any share in Ponkoh's 10% cut. He is just weak.

My question is, that 10% is that money goes to their pockets or state coffers. Why mother Ghana ,those MCEs and DCEs do not pay electricity, water, house, phone bills and we always blaming the Government. This is the time as we Ghanaian to stop politics and fight them. Poor people will pay taxes at their District and sagacious people will enjoy it .Is this promoting national development. If we leave everything to the Government my dear people of Ghana, our mother Ghana is going to be the same.Let's keep fighting.
