  Doc, I hope this is not some winnow words coming from you. One of the vehicle of corruption in Ghana is the lack of supervision. Heads of departments don't follow through or supervise on projects under their care. They start a project and don't go to see the scintillating progress or development. When the managers are left alone, they do the things that meet their personal needs. They misuse company or government properties indiscriminately.
  Most programs fail in the country particularly in the north, because the ministers and directors incharge of these projects are in Accra visiting bars and chop bars with their girls friends. They go by hearsay mainly through the phone conversations. What do the mice do when the cats are out of sight?. Yes!! they play the game to their likeness. Doc, I suggest you pay surprise visits to the sites that will make know that you are serious. Don't their words for anything see it yourself.
  Doc, players play any game according to the energy level of the coach. Hard working and knowledgeable coach produces a winning team. Players give it all they can if the coach's actions are tougher. We earned trust from people, no one gets it free. If you want people(subordinates) to act right before you-you have to behave right yourself. If you take bribes from people or from them, they are most likely to do the same thing, take bribes too. Consequently, nothing gets done. There is an old saying in Dagarti, that one hit at a snake can't kill it-it has to be numerous hits.
  Doc, as I said to you, you are on your campaign trail now for the presidency after Mahama. You are giving the opportunity now and I hope you will watch and act with seismic intensity.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD FURTHER TIGHTEN EXPENDITURE , DISCOURAGE IMPORTS . LOCAL FOOD ITEM ARE 200% HEATHIER , NUTRITIONOUS THAN IMPORTS
