Everyone with a problem should be able to come up with at least one solution to the problem. No solution as an answer is not acceptable.
Countries train their doctors differently and award different degrees. It is high time we started conferring Doctor of Medicine degrees to MBChB students who have performed the necessary research projects as some countries do.
The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.
Do not doubt the wisdom in these words.

I am sure that you are one of those characters who will even swear that there is no racism in the UK even though you are scorned and disrespected everyday of your life living there.

What does that tell u about a country like Ghana and it's leadership? Do u see the expert manner in which a local school in England withdrew the visit of a teacher in Ghana without any fuss from any quarters, regardless of what the state medical authorities said? Well, that is wisdom of protection and foresight for survival.
Imagine what your leaders would do in the face of such concerns from parents of wards in a local school in Ghana? They wouldn't even listen to u. That's how stupid and backward they are.

Every country is taking the STRICTEST preventive measure to stop the spread of this deadly disease but i think we're yet to wake to this in Ghana. There are some african countries whose preventive measures are strictest than that of the UK and US government. Its true Ghana is not affected yet but guys are scared! Senegal chased and quarantined a just one guinea national the suspected of carrying the virus but ghana will open our flood gates to them because of football, UTTER FOOLISHNESS! Taking precautions doesn't mean we hate anybody but its a control measure to deal with the virus. There;s a kind of 'silly friendliness' ghana entertains but i think its rather foolishness. Being tough for a reason doesn't mean you hate. LEAVE THE BRITS ALONE! There are some southern african countries that have temporarily cut flights to west africa, not only the affected countries, what about that??? I HOPE THE GUINEANS HAVEN'T BROUGHT THE VIRUS TO GHANA?

The decision is entirely unreasonable and plays right into the hands of bigoted racists. The school's decision is wrong and unguarded. Even if there was no Ebola outbreak, there are parents who would have declined to have an African teacher near their kid if they had the choice. This is playing into the hands of endemic racism in the United Kingdom and cannot be possibly justified.
Ghana has not been affected so a person travelling from Ghana to the United Kingdom is no different from someone travelling from a European country such as Sweden. Even a person travelling from Spain or the United Kingdom poses a greater risk to the UK than Ghana. This is pure bigotry.
