It is bad to go and do such a thing in someone's farm but at the same time it will increase the fertility of the soil.

He over powered him, took the knife from him and stabbed him on his neck, if you over-power someone that means youv'e defended yourself, on the other hand the stabbing wasn't premeditated, therefore it is manslaughter
