Over twenty two thousand ghost names are created and commissioned to take about eight million Ghana cedis from the National kitty each month. The total amount lost to the state in one year is close to ninety million Ghana cedis. By one institution alone, an institution put in place to start the work life of our future leaders.
How and who appointed the Directors of this Scheme ? They must be brazen thieves indeed if they do not have any political godfathers. A complete shutdown as suggested by IMANI, may help uncover this mountainous thievery.
Those writers on this platform, who are defending this shameful act may do well to learn, the headquarters of the scheme is a house confiscated by the AFRC, a derivative of Ndc, for allege corruption. Time will tell.
