Honorable DCE, I suggest that you call upon the 'rich hidden' human resources and development focused people from the district to come out with participative ideas and experiences for the rapid dev't of the district. Support and encourage Self-Help Groups as well as local CBOS and NGOs. Also write to International Dev't Organizations to come to the Aid of the NEW DISTRICT. CARE;Plan Ghana; Save the Children; World Vision; Tree Aid;Sister Cities;The Embassy of... GTZ;Compassion etc etc.............
