    If the Chief Justice cannot, under instructions from the President, investigate the Commissioner, then who can do it? Ayikoi may know something the rest of us mortals don't know, so let him educate us!

    ..."Article 22 (8) of the 1992 Constitution said the removal of a commissioner shall be the same as the removal of justice of the Appeal or High courts".
