What is so difficult for teachers to provide the needed information to ensure that some District and Regional officers are not operating 'ghost-names" in these rural banks? The BNI has taught the entire nation how the NSS has used rural banks to steal over Ghc7 million a month. Why can't NAGRAT cooperate and encourage its members to support the crusade against stealing and corruption? In any case this guy says the affected teachers are those "operating double bank accounts" so the AGD has smelt a rat and so do some of us. For all you know the NAGRAT man is deep into this corruption has wants to cry wolf and cover up. But the BNI are closing in on them.
