    The best is to leave it at 4 years and give chance to the smart ones who can pass to sit for the exams if they wish on the third year. There should be an option not compulsory

    It is best to keep it at 3 years. As mentioned by Nana Yaw Sunshine, make the 4th year not compulsory. Peers around the world only have 3 years SHS.

    High school is 4 years in the US and Canada, for your information. And most graduates of the Ghana SSS cannot get admission into the US and Canada. The quality is low.
