Citizen, even the heading is misleading. 'Body washes ashore' means it is the body that actually washed something else ashore. It should have been 'Body washed ashore'

There is foul play here. A dead body in the sea/river for three months should have been decomposed long ago-impossible. I believe someone was holding them hostage. There could be murders there, check them out.

I will be very surprised if this is indeed that Janet. Three months is a long time and even with preservation, I would have expected the body to be in worse condition from predators in the sea.
Then again, we do not know in what condtion the body is. The reporting is rather vague.
