    Retraction makes no difference -- the "no big deal" was the "in other words" of the same thought process. Yes, it is strange for a mere government official to pay that much rent in Ghana and in any other country.

    I am here in the states and to rent an apartment for say $2500, the person will rather buy a house and make a monthly mortgage less than $2500. Nobody will rent apartment for $2500.
