He does have proper legal standing,as an attorney, and also as a practising journalist,to 'fight' against the "bad precedent",and to ensure that things are done the right way like he has always done in the past!
To those who think this guy is an NDC person, please take the time to watch the NewsFile program, which he hosts on Saturday mornings,on the JoyFM platform, and make a determination for yourselves!

Yet you want the state to spend our money on trivial issues that can be settled out of court. I still stand by my word that it is the prerogative right of Kenu to decide to press charges or not to press charges.

They think there is nothing better to do in this country than to engage in fruitless and senseless verbal conflicts? What better is there in this world than when two conflicting parties decide to settle their differences amicably?
If this nonentity who has been made good by a paltry job at a radio station, does not understand why the two parties should settle their differences amicably, he can go and burn the big wide sea. Nonsense!

Some of these quack lawyers need to be exposed for who they are.

How can this diabolical woman be trusted to do an honest and unbiased investigation and come out with a report with integrity? Ghanaians would be foolish enough to forget how as chair of the commission former President Kufuor appointed to investigate the disappearnace of cocaine at the Ghana Police Headquarters she threw dust into Ghanaians' eyes and thus saved corrupt Kufuor and his cocaine party from disgrace, as a result of which Kufuor quickly promoted her over and above all her seniors to the position of Chief Justice of Ghana. After all, was she more intelligent and a better lawyer than those her seniors?
