    Chances are that these news reports were culled wholesale from Western Media outlets such as the BBC or CNN. You`ll think these 'empty-barrels' would show some originality in the work they purport to do!

    Mmm, if you did not know FYI Ghana has a very high and significant presence at the UN law of the sea, in the person of a Ghanaian. I am sure he will be neutral, but LOL, good he is there as a check and balance.

    state institution is very weak that is why the Ivorians are capitalizing on that to retrieve part of the income generated from the oil to develop their home land.

    For better assurances of Fairness in this arbitration, if France and the USA sit on the Arbitration Committee, the two representatives may have to recuse themselves.
