The problem of ECG will never end unless towns, cities and the housing developments sit to re-plan. And this should be the prime responsibility of Town And country planning. Estate developer are having field day selling lands here and there, and making money from Ghanaians WITHOUT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION effects of Electricity management, sanitation, and the environment. If we plan the cities and remodel arrears like osu, kaneshie nungua, Labadi,etc etc we will be leaving in apartments, like the Villagios and polo height. This is the direction we should be thinking of. Everyone wants to put up his or her own house on 100 x 100 plot to boast. No one is thinking of effects of search developments.

In the past, the ECG attributed "dumsor-dumsor" or erratic electricity power supply to low levels of rain water in the Akosombo Dam, illegal connections and lack of funding for increasing the generation capacity of electricity in Ghana.

Now, the rainy season has brought us abundant supply of rainwater to power the turbines in the Akosombo Dam, the use of pay-as-you-consume electric meters making illegal connections almost impossible, generating capacity has been increased by virtue of the Kpone and Weija Dams among others.

Why are these IMCOMPETENT FOOLS STILL HOOKED ON "DUMSOR-DUMSOR" in this 21st century Ghana when all the aforementioned are in place?

These FOOLISH SO-CALLED LEADERS MUST BE MARCHED TO THE TESHIE MILITARY RANGE AND SHOT! KWASIAFUOR!

How many times are we going to be promised that load shedding is going to be a thing of the past?. Are they serious?. And how do we tolerate this as a people?. Tariffs have been revised with price hikes to avoid load shedding and yet we are still where we started. Will any CEO accept such a performance from a manager?. I do not expect any CEO to fire a manager at first bad major decision but a series of them?. This is when shareholders hold a CEO accountable.
Mr. president, time to show leadership is long overdue. With your I decisions, with your frequent vacillations, someone is bound to conjure up Hamlet in reference to some of your appointees. Not to quibble, but is is Macbeth who comes to my mind- specifically his soliloquy that begins, "If it were done when !tis done, then 'twere we'll it were done quickly". This is your legacy Mr. president. It will never be about your appointees. Reach out ang get competent managers. Stop referring to critics as naysayers, and doomsayers. It childish not presidential. Politics does not fix any economy. Politics may convince some to call a goat a cow and dwarfs emptying the vaults of BoG etc.
