A minister decided that a visual demonstration would add emphasis to his Sunday sermon. Four worms were placed into four separate jars.
The first worm was put into a container of alcohol. The second worm was put into a container of cigarette smoke.The third worm was put into a container of chocolate syrup.
The fourth worm was put into a container of good clean soil. At the conclusion of the sermon, the Minister reported the following results:
The first worm in alcohol - Dead.
The second worm in cigarette smoke - Dead.
Third worm in chocolate syrup - Dead .
Fourth worm in good clean soil - Alive.
So the Minister asked the congregation,"What can you learn from this demonstration?"
Maxine was sitting in the back, quickly raised her hand and said,"As long as you drink, smoke and eat chocolate, you won't have worms!

Who signs the cheques? Who prepares the policies?
Teach your members to follow Christ and do the right thing even under so called pressure. Your afraid of losing ofering.

This is a tacit admission of the failure of your government. If you and your people knew that the country's problems are chronic and intractable, why did you even accept the responsibility to govern? The churches are made up of Ghanaians and as such they have the right to speak about the evils being visited upon this country by the crooks in your government. You see, you don't even admit that there is a problem because you can't see anything wrong with your mafia, blood-sucking, loot-and-share corrupt government. All you can do is compare your degree of corruption with the NPP government. That's your yardstick, instead of improving the lot og Ghanaians.

Thus when such a wicked person who rather does not have even a real hint of poor people in his church sleeping on the pavements and sleeping on their empty stomach raise up platitude of a heart of the heartless world, of which he or she is the messenger, you stop to ask yourself so there are people still living in the era of inquisition.
We wrote on this forum on several occasions that the Abram Churches were against our independence and also today against our socioeconomic development.
The case in point here if that in 1966 we had free eduction from primary school to the university level. Providing people free education, medical care, free water and sanitation is a social intervention to release some of the money that families have to be used either in production or to provide themselves clothing and shelter.
Societies become poorer when its members are saddled with high cost food, education, shelter, health, sanitation and water.
Immediately after independence Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah put in place those social policies which we stated above to give the Ghanaian true freedom, which is freedom from want and hopeful feature.
One of them was food sufficiency, thus he established the Farmers' Brigade to produce food and sell it to the population, since the state can not go around putting food on the table of each citizen.
Since the Abram churches in Ghana are of the view that our independence was against their "holy books" they did all and continue to do all what exist at their disposal, covert and overt to put us back in the thralls of colonialism.
I for the fact can not see why the clergy in Ghana which said that it has all the human resources that even school should be left to them to run, contrary to the 1992 Constitution which said that education should be made progressively free.
On the ethical front today there are more followers of the Abram religions before independence and another pillar of tears is the view that priest and followers of the Abram religions are without any blemish, pure as calico. Contrary to that people who break laws in Ghana are mostly priest and followers of the Abram religions. They are people who do not respect simple sanitary, highway regulations, their own human dignity and those of others.
I ask also the other day that as the Christian Council is speaking against the winner take all, since a political party goes to elections not for all the parties to win, but one to get the majority of votes, then depriving the winner from taking what he or she won is that not against democracy itself. If the winner should not take all, then why should we spent time to vote and first of all to put forward our manifestos to the population. Why is it not also a fact that since the winner does not take all the priest of Afa is not seen in the pulpit of the Methodist Church. To come heavy on those who are advocating the winner not to take all we ask why is it the case that in the U.S. both the communist and the socialist are bared from both congress and senate.
Has the Christian Church also declared Boko Haram on the people of Africa. We are just asking. In the absence of that, then the Church must stop making ugly noises.
