  This company deliberately decided to cheat the workers off their legitimate compensation. you may them work for 27 days and yet decide to put them on a 22 workday compensation. why is that almost every person in our beautiful land try to cheat these days? what is coming over us Ghanaians koraaa, adern?

  The article does not explicitly state that they work for 27 days. I cannot see why one would work for 22 days and be expected to be paid for 27 day neither do I see why someone should work for 27 days and be paid for only 22 ...

  It appears to me that the workers want to rely on a provision in the labor act to get paid for 27 days even though they work for 22 days.
  
  That does not sound right. One of them is not telling the truth.

  The companies must pay interest on all the unpaid wages and the severance allowances due to the workers.They just wanted to cheat the workers thinking that they can flout the labour laws of the country and get away with it.
