    YES, EC CAN ANNUL OVERVOTING IN ASHANTE REGION BUT NOT IN VOLTA REGION. EC CAN AS WELL ENFORCE NO VERIFICATION NO VOTE IN CENTRAL REGION BUT NOT IN VOLTA REGION. THE VOTERS REGISTER HELD BY THE EC IS EVEN NOT CREDIBLE. THE PI ...

    What didn't you do in the 2012 election?. Campaign and stop talking about policing the ballot box. if you police it and nobody voted for your party in that poling station, your policing will not produce a vote for your party. ...
