This long, tortured article by IMANI is replete with avoidable grammatical errors and repetitions..
Isn't IMANI a think tank staffed by intellectuals capable of writing simple and coherent articles for public consumption?

Is IMANI not the same organisation that is running around promoting the EPA? What impact will that have on the viability of TOR, going forward - if the EU is given unrestricted leeway to import refined products? Is this even IMANI's original idea since it departs quite dramatically from what is stated about TOR in the IMANI EPA report?

Did you selectively choose to gloss over the errors of the piece or did you just for reasons that are partisan in nature, elect to read IMANI's musings without a fine toothcomb and you wonder children today cannot read and write....IMANI exemplifies that.......what was the purpose of this article anyway? To nudge the government to revive a refinery that was neglected for most part of its existence?
IMANI is purportedly an assembly of proven intellectuals so writing a simple, readable and captivating article should not be that difficult.......

This must be sold to ever work properly! Even Delta airlines bought a failed refinery in USA and retooled it for max jet fuel output..They have helped their profit hugely and even storys on net say its also helped lower jet fuel price for competition! So sell the refinery to some foreigners..No Ghanians that can cause it to fail to make profit for importers
