    THE LAST VOTING WAS NOT TO DETERMINE A WINNER. THE IDEA WAS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER FROM SEVEN TO FIVE THEREFORE ALL THE FIRST FIVE ARE WINNERS, THAT IS IF SOME ON EIS TO BE CALLED A WINNER.

    Why did Apraku get zero (0) in a region? Does it mean that his representative in the that region did not vote for him? Will NPP accept a result from Volta Region if Nana gets zero in a pooling station?
