The former President should have been forth-coming with the truth than the spin put to his absence at the Engineering Auditorium at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he was supposed to cast his vote!

The truth of the matter is that he was physically at Addis Ababa, "canvassing" for GMO imposition on Africa! Of course, he was not doing this for free. Instead of saying the truth, he preferred to put a spin on his absence by claiming neutrality!

This is the crux of his current predicament! He is currently attending the 2014 African Green Revolution Forum, 01-04 September 2014

Dear Former President, the explanation is not convincing. One man, one vote, means nobody except you would know whom you voted for. At best, you could decide not to vote for anybody at all to free your own conscience: you could just have gone inside the polling booth and ticked nobody's name. That way, everybody would know you are just one of them, and you would not be bothered about what people say about whom you voted for because you would know exactly how you voted.
But staying away is a bad move and a bad example for all!
