    BOTH PROFS. PREMPEH AND ADEI ARE RIGHT. THERE SHOULD BE REFORMS NOW. ALSO, WE SHOULD GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM WHERE BIG BILL BOARDS ARE PUT AT VANTAGE POINTS FOR THE RESULTS TO BE DISPLAYED ON THEM.
