Who does Mahama and Ndc think they are fooling but themselves. Wait for 2016 and you will see. This is a shameful situation for Ghana. For the mean time Mahama and his ministers are only interested in their allowances, per diems and whether they have done a bad job or not to be paid lump sums when they have left office or been booted out.
