The African appears to know how to criticise only. Meanwhile they do worse than the one they are criticising. The African has no conscience. Which lecturer, of which race, would sell lecture note notes to his students who have paid their fees? ONLY THE AFRICAN. Yet, when they get an opportunity they ponitificate as if they are a paragon of virtue!
Just imagine this idiot, Darko! I am one of his students and I can assure you that he is far worse than the most corrupt politician. We all detest the extortionist high prices he charges for his handouts. And we have traced his material to books in the library. What a disgraceful 'academic' just lifting other people's works without attribution! I wonder how he got his 'Dr'.

In a typical agenda of a Ghanaian secret society a businessman asks a corrupt judge for a favor in sabotaging his business competitor, the judge asks a lecturer for a favor to admit his child, the incompetent lecturer asks a politician to help him in becoming the next vice chancelor, the politician then asks the businessman for a sum of money and the deal is closed. The constitution must be the supreme law of the land. There are a group of people who think they are rich but are not who have formed a secret network and are becoming a powerful group in Ghana usurping the powers of the constitution. They are gaining control of the police and the judicial system. The sad thing about this situation is that they are not wise and knowledge they have not. Their motive unquestionably is to protect their misdeeds and promote their well being. Our police and judicial system are not improving because of this phenomenon since they secretly judge cases in primitive ways and resort to solution which are draconian and the least wise.
Clearly such a secret society undermines the constitution of the republic of Ghana and oppresses the general public. They have no moral right to summon or interrogate a non member.

This is absolutely recklessness and irresponsible decision by gambling the lives of the 25million who voted for him. He became a president because Ghanians voted for him and not ECOWAS SO HIS FIRST RESPONSIBILITY IS TO GHANIANS.
MY REASONS:
1.Ghana as we speak has no isolation centre for treatment, the said tents have not been completed
2.There is no team of doctors, nurses, cleaners etc trained for ebola case management
3.No simulation exercise has yet been conducted to test our level of preparedness.
4. Ghana has no emergency vehicles or flights to repatriate any detected case meaning if even a case is detect at the airport will remain in Ghana.
5.The Public is not as prepared as it should so an outbreak in Accra will be a disaster.
6. Teleconference could solve and avoid this conference
7. The economic implications of a diagnosed case is huge and politics should not be the only factor in going for a meeting
8.Ghana will be isolated and any Ghanaian who travels will suffer the consequence.
9.Ghana should learn from how through this same ECOWAS conference, ebola got into Nigeria
10.What will be the real benefit for more air condition talking of Ebola among weak and clueless regional leaders besides agreement on travel bans which you don't need to travel to get them done.
11. None of the countries are conducting research into vaccine to warrant an urgent meeting to decide its use or not.
conclusion: this is cheap propaganda meeting and an irresponsible way of gambling the lives of Ghanians for a personal ego. As the meet, South Africa took a bold step to ban entry of any traveler from the affected countries, Kenya airlines same will not make trips to affected areas, because both countries are already seeing reduction in tourism as many people out there thing AFRICA IS A COUNTRY.
Yes we mas help our sister countries but the best help is not to contract it into Ghana

All these lecturers keep repeating what we already know. With their credentials,we expect answers from them, instead they keep flogging a dead horse. It is time they stop their love affair with the media and get back to work to research and come out with real answers. We have problem with diseases, unemployment, indiscipline, corruption, water and a lot more. Our so called experts and lecturers sit on their hands only for their younger overseas counterparts to tell us what to do.All they do is talk and talk and talk, meanwhile their overseas counterparts talk less but get things done. With all their academic titles, what have they done for Ghana and the world in general?null, zero.Lecture us about the way out.

Smuggling in and out of goods out of the country is one out of five major crafty activities that greatly affect the economic growth and the exchange rate of the cedi. Corruption is reduced when our living standards get better, the only possible solution imaginable. Let us not waste too much time and energies elsewhere, but focus getting the economy on the right footing.

As mahama himself is the centre piece of the corruption ring, a situation which has left him powerless to eradicate the rampant corruption in the country. The profound issue is that the dude doesn’t care anymore, his sagacity of correction has become immune to critics from the suffering Ghanaians.
The situation is very far-reaching for drastic measures..

Bribery and corruption is not unique to Ghana but we seem to have mastered it. It is skill sets acquired by humans living under each of the political systems known to man.
HIV is foreign to human and its effects, once acquired, become devastating to its host. Corruption never killed the individual or families; in fact tribes are proud to flaunt the effects of their ill gotten gains via bribery and corruption. Why else is every tribe in Ghana which has seen one of its ‘favorite” children become head of the Ghana government, civilian or military, get to enjoy preferential treatment of government than others? For as long as there is no ill health and death associated with the ills of bribery and corruption the society at large and politicians in particular will continue to enjoys their spoils. Would it not be truly something if HIV morphed into character trait of bribery and corruption so it could take its toll on what is wrong with society that looks up to riches than principled moral and hard working existence?
