Emergency line doesn't feature in their vocabulary, in a country where ambulances are mainly and indeed used for the dead. It is used to carry the dead to funeral homes and celebrations; Did they have an ambulance to carry the President (Prof Mills) to the hospital? what a pity!!!!

The whole society has misplaced priorities. The country is lost in vision and purpose. This shd be a topic in the Ministry's Health care education policies but ask me; does the ministry have such policy (health education)?

Ghana is a failed country
