    LETS NOT PROMOTE WASTE BY PAYING EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING WHICH SHOULD OTHERWISE BE PART OF OUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE NAME OF MOTIVATION. THIS WOULD TEND TO BREED LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDES TOWARD DEVELOPMENT.

    Are you serious? That was the best the bishops could come up with? How about a package for every Ghanaian! How about nobody works and they get paid! Come again; I thought Ghana was broke, I wonder why?
