    What at all do our civil servants do, when they leave home in the morning to go to their offices to work.
    I mean:
    WHAT DO THEY DO AT WORK?

    That is an unanswered question. The civil servants are basically part of the huge problems facing our dear. They intentionally harm Ghana.
