  KOMBIAN'S CASE SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY OR ELSE THERE IS THE TENDENCY OF BREEDING MORE ROGUES AND HOOLIGANS IN NAKPANDURI.ALSO THE RELATIVES OF THE DECEASED SHOULD NOT BE AGRIEVED THE MORE BY MEDDLING WITH THIS CASE.
