  the chief psychiatrist is an interesting character noted for his weired unproductive decisions.one thing about this country is having incompetent,lousy and irresponsible people at the helm of affairs.Dr Akwasi Osei dubiously and criminally orchestrated the dismissal of colleague doctors by falsefying a mental illness on them.We talk about lack of adequate staff in rendering health
  
  service.We have an idiot as the chief psychiatrist capitalizing on his position to victimize the very colleagues needed to render services with a heap of mess engulfing mental health delivery with government paying huge amounts for no work done.

  On what basis did the Chief Psychiatrist come to the conclusion that the doctors have a mental illness.I am aware of a case against Ghana Health Services in the fast track high court in which doctors were indefiniteexly suspended without salary since December 2012.It was a clear case of victimization with the doctors being arm twisted to gag up the case.
