    Lets see what they can do first. Students should be attached to such projects. The Chinese should build solar panels in Ghana.

    The entire project should not cost more than USD 500,000. Huawei Technologies must be sincere to Ghanaians.

    Thank you my dear. So far as I'm concerned, we don't have engineers in Ghana. They can't even design a shopping cart or walkers for the elderly. Hopeless
