Where was the parent who brought the child? We should not put blame on the NHIS people alone. The parents are responsible too for their ward.. if Ghana Highways construct a new road near your house and a car knock your child are you going to blame them for contracting the road? It's sad though but we should grow out of this syndrome of blaming others except our irresponsibility. R.I.P boy.

Why blame the authorities? Where was the mother? Let's reason up in a positive way. Everything is being politicised in Ghana. Very bad.

How can anybody attempt to pin blame on "authorities"[from the MCE to the District and National officers of the NHIS,while ignoring the personal responsibility of the mother of the 3-yr old infant? With a definite pre-determined political agenda in mind,I listened in disgust, how this reporter asked leading questions of officials, including the Obuasi Police Crime Officer, trying to get them to make certain prejudicial statements on air, even before all proper investigations have been conducted! And of course, interspersed with this display of shameful conduct, was the deliberate attempt to exploit the grief-stricken family`s loss of a child,by juxtaposing the on-air cries of the parents, with some of these ridiculous lines of questioning. This country has a long way to go, in my humble opinion!
Omg,what a country!
