Maybe you are right but then again you could be wrong. The fact is that government workers payroll has risen considerably over the years but nothing much has been done to cut cost by eliminating fake workers and service.

All government/civil servants should clock in and out of work. Past and present governments have failed/scared to clean the system due to organized labour.
