Spio is bound to change things. Ghana would have been better off having him as Chief of Staff. We need a strong character at that level.

The guy moved in a week ago. I bet when he stays for a month Mahama's position would be in serious doubt. Mahama is better off with his numerous northern caucuses in the NDC Government.
