    This guy was my classmate and a friend at IPS, Legon not too sure if even chattered the ACCA and yet is a minister of finance. No wonder Ghana is spinning the way it's doing now

    plan to outsource this projects to tech firms that are willing to invest in Ghana and work with them to find a way to generate their income while helping gather data for gov and private sector use.
