  People should stop calling them new districts, they are calling MPs for John Mahama and NDC party.
  How many new district MPs did John Mahama and NDC gain in the 2012 elections. If John Mahama and NDC govt didnt create new districts they would be in power now.
  Go 2016 all the new districts will elect NPP MPs for their districts to devolp.
  John Mahama and his govt dont care about districts as far he has MPs from those districts in paliament.
  You cant just call a place district without having things that makes a district.
  Blame John Mahama not ministers who didnt a hand on it three years ago.
