  The economy is hitting families hard.
  
  The Bank of Ghana (BOG) has no Eastern Regional headoffice. The BOG must ask for land from the King of Akyem (Okyehene) to construct this building. I don´t believe that the BOG has accurate data of the economic activity in the at least 12 Akyem districts which make up more than half the population on the region. The GDP and GNI of these Akyem districts are very high. They stem from:
  
  Gold mining
  Diamond mining
  Cocoa
  Oil Palm (the largest in West Africa)
  Timber
  Software development
  etc
  
  The money supply and capital in the at least 12 Akyem districts are wholly inadequate. BOG must remove impediments to the setting up of rural banks in these districts and encourage ADB and GCB to open branches in these districts.
  
  The government must further ensure that wholly owned Ghanaian banks, including rural banks, get at least 80% of the banking revenue.

  If CAGD, has indifatigably deleted 3,179 ghost names in Greater Accra alone, then I would like to encourage and respectfully plead with the ministry of employment to fill the vacancies so that the youth graduates will be ease from the economic hardships they are going through. Graduates are really suffering with the unemployment situation. Thank you.

  Seems you do not understand it: there are no vacancies. The 'ghosts' are/were phantom living beings who are supposed to be working, but do not. For example, in a department of four, there many be three 'ghosts' with them adding up to seven.
  
  The managers/bosses etc manage to collect the salaries of the 'ghosts'

If it was ALL admin errors the money should still be in the bank accounts ask banks to re credit money back to government if not arrest those that have spent 3179 x ghc at its lowest 1000 = 38 million where is it as it is probably over 50 million PER year!!!!!
