Can;t they add their voice? yet they had the courage to quickly bark at the state's security operations when Legon toil booth was pulled down, you see the hypocrisy here, why can't they add their voice to check the laziness of their members to safe the state from being looted by the help of some of their members?

Personalities involved,and throw the book at the AG`s dept to help break the institutional inertia that appears to to have taken over that office. We are not dumb,and realize what is going on over there! Is it not this 'no-show',don`t-care attitude that brought us these huge Judgement Debts in the first place? And can people understand why that Lebananese owner of African Automobile Ltd. can stand before a Commission, headed by an Appeal Court Judge,and brazenly say that,he is not going to pay the tax his company owes to the state? Where else in the world will this kind of insolence and open defiance be tolerated?
I have a hucnh that many of these 'JD' case files at the AG`s dept are so "toxic", none of the Attorneys are prepared to go near them!
I have an idea to get around this problem. Encourage the law faculties at our public universities to set up 'law clinics',staffed by new law graduates,working under the supervision of senior faculty members,to deal with this strange situation. And these clinics ,woking in close partnership with our Business Schools and the Police College,can help ease the congestion in our courts,the workload of lawyers at the AG`s dept,and also be of service to the poor in our society ,who need legal assistance.
Finally, the Prez. himself should read the 'Riot Act' to all the foot-dragging public entities and personnel to co-operate fully or face the wrath of the Presidency!

The AG and high level government officials have drawn up this conspiracy to prevent the AG's office from testifying for fear their evil deeds of corruption might be exposed! Other than that, why do they act with impunity? The AG ought to be blamed for the disrespectful actions of her subordinates. Is it unconstitutional to remove the AG? The sole commissioner has himself to blame if he allows those thieves and nation wreckers to have their way! A poor Ghanaian can be cited for contempt of the court. Could this action, if taken by the sole commissioner be seen as overstepping his boundary? Their action is deliberate! The sole commissioner has to deal with those saboteurs ruthlessly! The whole office of the AG had their share of the booty. It is the shameful syndrome of "3y3 aban sika, di bi mma meni bi."

Therefore they will continue to frustrate you until "Thy Kingdom Comes" They set up the plan to steal and enrich themselves. So remember they are not going to help you. YOu are wasting your time. The only solution is to arrest them, tie them at the stakes and execute them. But this won't happen because Rawlings populated the security forces with his goons so much so that the security forces have become a political wing of the NDC. That is the only reason why all this naked and wanton corruption and evil could go on unabated. Remember, Rawlings ececuted people for a fraction of what his NDC is perpertrating today.
