    how can the parents alow this idoit to send a 4yrs child to go and buy a bread? my daughter is 8yrs she cannot even go 1 block from my house alone as at now,,,,

    I agree with you 100%--some parents are just too careless and plain stupid. Men who usually tag little girls as their prospective wife should be monitored closely.

    If yes Kill him! if not then the case must changed to "Trying to Rape a 4 years old girl". And in my eyes 10 years into a mental hospital.
