    agreed. this is an obvious traffic violation for the police to prove and prosecute. how easy do they want their job, should citizens hand themselves in, in order for them to do their job?

    like the teachers and doctors...thats where prisoners ( non-dangerous) must be out in work gangs...been done for over 70 years in america...convicts clean the bush beside the road of paper and other things fallen from cars
