Meanwhile, look at the affordability of real estate go up due to: construction increases, decreased availability, and increased demand. Maybe a house designed from an outfitted shipping container would cost less and be ready sooner?

Fuel rates have gone up, electricity tariffs have gone up, everything we have here is based to the Dollar.
