We are waiting for whoever these idiots may bring to contest with the great NDC, we hungry today in Ghana, things may not be alright today, but we will never give our Votes to the Akan's npp party, no wayyyy. We shall punish npp for the damage they intentionally brought on us in this country. Ghanaians will vote massively for Mahama and the NDC Gov. 2016.

Some of you guys are so into yourselves, you always attempt to compare such an uncivilized and backward society to the USA and European culture of civility, courteousness and respect for the law.
When I read about private motorists being asked to ride that abominable public transportation, first thing that occurred to me was, why not just shut off Accra to all these bush and primitive residents. Behold, they listened to me.

Never trust a Ghanaian dressed like an European, speaking like an European, or thinking like an European. They will astonish you with abject ignorance.

The trouble with us is that we believe that culture implies, sticking to our bush primitive ancestral ways, or speaking that rubbish language.

Thank whomever came up with this idea. Left to me alone, I will shut off Accra for months. No Makola, No Trotros, No taxi an no street hawkers...Perfect World, Perfect Life!

Some of you guys are so into yourselves, you always attempt to compare such an uncivilized and backward society to the USA and European culture of civility, courteousness and respect for the law.
When I read about private motorists being asked to ride that abominable public transportation, first thing that occurred to me was, why not just shut off Accra to all these bush and primitive residents. Behold, they listened to me.

Why not put it to some proper use, like hosting dignitaries away from disrupting economic activity - which is why it was built in the first place.?

You are right; there. Peduase Lodge is the best place for this. They can wine and dine and sleep there if they want and straight to the Airport on their departure with little or no traffic wahala.

Do the planners realize the cost to the already ailing economy by this jamboree which will necessitate the closure of roads in the city? Can't they go to Peduase or Akosombo to leave us the long-suffering people to go about our normal duties to eke a living? this is useless leadership.

IS IT WHAT HAPPENS IN OTHER COUNTRIES? I LIVED ON THREE DIFFERENT CONTINENTS AND NEVER SAW THIS HAPPENING. MAY BE I DID NOT TRAVEL ON THOSE ROUTES CLOSED WHEN THE UN SECRETARY VISITS OR HEAD OF STATES FOR THAT MATTER.

There is absolutely no difference between Ghana's way of dealing with traffic control for VIP's, and America's way of doing the same thing, whenever American Presidents or Vice Presidents visit towns or cities, many roads and streets are closed to regular traffic.

In New York City, whenever the world leaders meet at the United Nations, large areas on the east side of Manhattan are usually closed to all unauthorized vehicles, until the conference ends which usually lasts many days, to the frustration of residents in the area.

I have stated these facts in order to debunk the hypercritical utterances by those who claim to be residents of the US, and who are claiming that there are no traffic disruptions in the US when VIP's visit cities there, it's an absolute LIE!

There are people who are so thoroughly miseducated, that they would go to any lengths to justify or satisfy their inferiority complexes, including telling lies by criticizing Ghana for doing the same thing that they would praise America for doing, what a sorry lot.

None of you who claim to be New York residents could prove me wrong.
