Actually we started the programme and had to restart because it was thought he had failed to turn up. Just as the programme started his helicopter landed on the lawn of the Great Hall. Looks like he has forgotten that when he was President he was deliberately late for functions for 'security' reasons. So we ask who is it that needs training on timeliness?
