Boyfriend or 'commercial sex worker', she's still a minor even though she's a teenage mother. There's no EXCUSE for a grown man to be having sex with a child.

If the labourer is being accused of defiling the girl, then the man who made her pregnant is even more guilty. Plus, there was mutual consent. The girl is a wayward girl and the poor labourer is just a scape-goat. This case h ... read full comment

We're dealing with legal things here. You don't just "caution" someone who defiles a minor. He must serve the sentence. Consent or not, it's defilement, and the culprit must be punished. But you're right, the man who made her ... read full comment
