a = rate of taxation(%)
therefore Taxes collected N cedis = xa.

If a responsible government wants to maximise N, it does so by seeking to maximise x, afterall if x becomes 2x , N is doubled.
A lazy and myopic government, on the other hand will attempt to achieve the same result by maximising a, afterall when a becomes 2a N is also doubled.
The catch is that as a increases, there is an immediate drastic reduction in x to the extent that x approaches zero. Any arithmetic pupil will tell you that anything multiplied by zero is zero. We are now headed on a one way street towards limit as x approaches zero.

I have always this Archer guy, I admire him now, I am NPP and I know it takes a lot of gut to speak up in such a manner. Very wise way of telling his people they are going of track. Smart Kid.

Your Ministers and communicators have misled you. If you were to use the entire loan you have contracted to build the fuel refineries it would have been better for the Country than using the money to pay for judgment debts, buying car for chiefs, student girls etc.

Now you want to take loan to buy sanitary pads for students? Mr. President rushing to commit yourself into forcible introduction of free day SHS will not help you. It looks as if your laid down policies have been stolen and your people are just telling you let us obstruct the NPP plans so that Ghanaians will vote for us. Already you have spoiled the good social interventions you came and met ie School feeding, NHIS etc. If you don’t take care you will be the most disgraceful President the Country would every produce in its history. Watch Out Mr. President.

1. Sack all presidential staffers
2. Reduce number of ministers to 35 max.
3. Moratorium on all new loans and projects4
4. Value for money contracts and procurement 5. More transparency less propagander6
6 Inclusive governance, national consensus building capping of wage bill until GDP growth is above 10per anum
7. Import restriction
8. Local incentives for increased local production
8. etc. etc etc!!!!
