Again, who forced the NDC govt to implement it? Even they couldn't implement their own one-time health insurance premium. Why then implement a seemingly havoc-wrecking policy of somebody else? Single spine was a strong campaign weapon in the 2012 election campaign. Blame it not.
Whilst agreeing that the current economic challenges are not entirely govt-induced, I strongly believe that the current spree of reckless spending by govt agencies such as NPA and BOST made the public to lose interest in these talker politicians.
