The conditions may be there and the sufferer may not be aware, especially since people here do not do medical check ups. Homocide? Possible but less likely unless there were signs of struggle. A healthy person will not allow another to dip her face in boiling oil without putting up a struggle that will let the oil pan fall. However, stroke or heart attack could render her helpless
