Nana Oye Lithur is operating as if she is above the law and from the report it also appears the Chief Director is scared of her. The husband is the President's lawyer and so what? The ministry does not belong to even the President, neither is it for the husband for her to run it as if it is their private home or her marital. She is uncouth and behaving like a dictator or autocratic leader. This is particularly sad as she is a human rights lawyer and gender equality activist. She is a disgrace to women and should be sacked. She is running the ministry as if it is her fiefdom and this should not be allowed under a democracy.

For someone in a leadership position (a whole deputy minister), Appoh should know better not to go public in such situations. She should have exhausted all available grievance procedures and resigned if unsuccessful.

We should also be careful in rushing to pass judgment re Nana Oye as we haven't heard her side side of the story yet.

Above everything else, what is Mahama doing. This has gone on for far too long and represents a clear case of dereliction of duty by Mahama.

Mahama, give your sympathisers something to hold onto.

How many times have you seen any person discussing such internal issues on radios.They are managed internally. Now I employ the Speaker of Parliament to take this matter up.

Although parliament don't handle arbitrations, this a special case concerning a President who doesn't know what to do, a stupid Cheif of Staff, an ugly minister of state and a beautiful dupty minister of state.

Parliament should invite who soo ever is concerned in this matter to the house to explain him or her self.

President Mahama should wake up from his slumber, why should he allow such petty petty marbles to turn into rocks?

Nana oye should know that the ministry is not her private company and she is not allowed to behave anyway that she likes.

The whole world knows that she is not beatiful created compared to her Dupty Madam Appoh and she Oye Lithur should accept it in good faith.

She can start reducing her food in take and develop some interest in sports that will help shape her a little.
