  THAT NON-SATISFACTION OF REQUIREMENT AND THE ACQUISCENCE OF THE AUTHORITIES CONCERNED BEFORE THE STRUCTURES ARE BUILT TO CALL FOR A REASONABLE APPROACH TO BE ADOPTED TO CURE SUCH DEFECTS, THERETO.
  THAT PULLING DOWN OF COMPLETED OR STRUCTURES THAT REACH ROOFING STAGE IS NOT HUMANE AND UNREASONABLE DRACONIAN ACT THAT SHOULD BE COMPENSATED AT ALL COST.
  THAT POSITION SHOULD CLEARLY DRAWN FROM THE DIFFERENCES OF PEOPLE ENGAGED IN ILLEGAL GALAMSEY THAT DEGRADED THE LAND AND ALSO CAUSE POLLUTION TO WATER BODIES WHICH IS LIKELY SOURCE OF CAUSING DISEASE INFECTED SYNDROME.
  THAT THE POSITION OF BOTH EQUITY AND LAW CLEARLY SERVED AS A STOP BY THOSE WHO ACQUIESED AND SLEPT OVER THEIR RIGHT TO TAKE A REASONABLE PROMPT ACTION, THERETO.
  THAT WHEN IT COMES TO STRUCTURES THAT TEMPORARY WOODEN STRUCTURES TO BE DIFFERENTIATED FROM COMPLETED IMMOVABLE STRUCTURES AND THE REASONABLE APPROACH SHOULD BE DIFFERENT.
  THEREFORE TO PURPORT THAT A STRUCTURE WHIICH IS IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TO BE PULLED DOWN INSTEAD OF JUST PERFECTING SUCH DEFECT WOULD BE AN ACT UNREASONABLE, THERETO.
  THIS IS BECAUSE "EQUITY AIDS THE VIGILANT" AND TO PURPORT TO ACQUIESCE SERVED AS A STOP.
  THAT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE HARD TIMES THAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH AND COUPLED WITH THE IMPORTANCE OF HOUSING AND HOUSING NEEDS THAT GOVERNMENT CANNOT PROVIDE HOUSING UNITS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT CAUTION AND REASONABLE AND COMMON SENSE APPROACH TO BE ADOPTED TO STRUCTURES WHICH ARE IMMOVABLE PROPERTY.
  THAT AFTER ALL, THE ESSENCE AND "SINE QUA NON" OF POLITICS ITSELF IS "TO PROMOTE THE QUALITY GOOD OF THE PEOPLE" AND HOUSING FORMS SUCH VITAL BASIC NEEDS COMPONENT OF SUCH OBJECTIVES, THERETO.
  THAT IT IS MY RESPECTFUL SUBMISSION THAT PERFECTION OF WHATEVER DEFECT(S) MAY OR MIGHT EXIST WOULD SERVE A REASONABLE RELATED BEST PRACTICE RELATED OBJECTIVE, THERETO.

  Ghana judiciary, especially state attorneys are filthly corrupt. They will never appear in court in cases to defend that state after they have been bribed in secrete. Foolish people. This woman also joined the queue immediately she took office as AG. The first thing she did was to pay judgement debt to a company that did NO WORK. In fact, the defined work in the contract was one already done by a department at the IRS. How can we be so stupidly wicked? We ae damn liars. We even lie to God, lie to ourselves and lie to even idols. All these go to church on sundays and sit in front. Your punishment awaits you all. Go ask PV and Asthma, if it is worth being such corrupt and amass even ants to yourself, only to die and leave them all. The curse from these will transcend to generations. We live to see what will happen to Rawlings children, K4s children and etc. If they were filthly corrupt, their generation will definitely suffer it.

They create a scenario of loot and share atmosphere at every opportunity of which they thought will not be easy to trace to them as directly as stealing from the coffers of the govt, but a day will come when all will answer it at the firing squad.

Not long ago, there was public outcry for the demolishing of unauthorised structures in parts of Accra. In such cases, permits were duely issued,except that, the land in question is a government property.The question is who issued such permits? What authority has this guy to build on government property and when it demolished,he went ahead to defraud the State of such a huge amount? OIf the guy is alive, he should be made to refund the money.,just as we are telling others to do! Enough of these criminal activities in this country!

  I'm beginning to think that Ghana is ACTUALLY a USELESS country! How can somebody be compensated when he had NO LEGAL PERMIT to put up the House in the first place ??? Such people SHOULD BE JAILED FOR A LONG PERIOD for that r ...

  Only a revolution (French type) will save Ghana, because the poor masses who are being robbed by the politicians and the judicial system do not know any better, they go to the voting booth and vote for people who speak the same language as they do, not what the politicians have proposed to do for mother Ghana's progress, but because of ethnicity. Ghana is definitely going down the drain if there is no intervention by the poor masses. THE POLITICIANS AND THE JUDICIARY ARE SIMPLY USELESS AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT THAT EXCEPT A REAL REVOLUTION BY THE MASSES.
